Purchase of Products

When you place an order on the Embroidery Scene website we will confirm the details of your order by email. As all our products are made to order (unless otherwise stated) we will not take any payment from you at the time that your order is placed.

When your order is completed and is ready for dispatch, you will be sent an invoice for the amount due, together with details of how the payment can be made. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after a cleared payment has been received.

Please allow 28 days from the date of your original order, to receipt of your goods. If there is likely to be a delay in completing your order, you will be informed at the time that the order is placed.

Delivery

Embroidery Scene uses Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for the delivery of all our products.

Delivery prices are determined by weight of the products and packaging costs. Outlying and remote areas of the UK will incur extra delivery charges. Please contact us for full details.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, we will refund the cost of any purchase you are not completely happy with, provided it is returned to Embroidery Scene in its original condition and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure packaging is secure and that the item is returned to us using Recorded Delivery. It may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged, or lost during return transit.

Please include a note detailing reasons for return. If the item is faulty, or we have made an error in your order, then we will provide a full refund, including all postage costs. However, if the item is being returned for any other reason, then we will refund only the cost of the item but not the postage.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
